Returns & Exchanges

In order to return the delivered material, you must fill in the RMA Form (Return Merchandise Authorization).

There is only one case in which the Purchased Products can be returned:

1. Products not compliant with the Order
   In the event that the delivered materials are not those ordered, they can be returned by completing and sending the online RMA Form.

   In the form, in the 'Message' section, the non-compliant materials must be listed..
   You will be contacted as soon as possible to arrange the return and delivery of products.
   Any costs are at our expense.
